Last runs we got some doubts about "who" can lot for AFs and "why".
I'm going to explain in detail our lot system to let all players in NoteD understand how it works

~~~ Who ~~~

People will be able to lot for some AF in that order:

<< 1st level of priority >> (only members with 3 or more runs)

< People (with 3 or more runs) who have posted for it in forum >

- If there are various members who have posted for that AF, players in higher Tier will lot.

- If there are various members who have posted for that AF in same Tier, all of them will lot.

...if no one posted for it...

<< 2nd level of priority >> (only members with 3 or more runs)

< People (with 3 or more runs) who have not posted for it in forum but have the job of the AF in lvl 70+ >

- If there are various members who have the job of the AF in lvl70+, all of them will lot.

...if no one in lvl70+ want it...

< People (with 3 or more runs) who have not posted for it in forum but have the job of the AF in lvl 65+ >

- If there are various members who have the job of the AF in lvl65+, all of them will lot.

...if no one in lvl65+ want it...

< People (with 3 or more runs) who have not posted for it in forum but have the job of the AF in lvl 60+ >

- If there are various members who have the job of the AF in lvl60+, all of them will lot.

...if no one in lvl60+ want it...

<< 3rd level of priority >> (all members, new people too)

< Any member who have the job of the AF in lvl65+ (new members too) can lot >

- Only people who really will use the AF should lot for it. Please don't lot "just for lot"

~~~ Why ~~~

The main objective of that lot system is to equip our jobs in lvl65+ with the AFs we obtain in our runs.
That means that a member with job ready to equip some AF will lot for that AF before someone with job in lvl25 or so.

Also, people will post for some AF, losing points when obtaining it, only when he/she really wants to obtain it as soon as possible, so people who don't matter to wait can just wait until all other members who want it already obtain it, and then lot for it with no points cost.
In other words, people can choose lot sooner spending points or lot later with no points cost.

That's all try to let people equip their jobs in lvl 65+ with cool AFs as soon as possible.
